Hi there!
I work in a lot of different areas of advertising but always in charge of making things happen.
My career started off as a trainee camera op with the BBC, then progressing to working as a freelance lighting camera operator for a good number of years. I then established a small production company specialising in the automotive sector. The above experience saw me collecting air miles, flying across the globe and filming for many international clients.
I have been very fortunate in my career being allowed to work at some great places. Starting agency side at Big Dog in Leicester where I managed all moving image content for the agency. Then finding myself back in the big smoke working at eg+ working with some of the Omincom heavyweights such as AMV BBDO / BBDO / proximity. Here in this contract I was the brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz TV commercials globally.
Upon completing that contract I found myself at the mill, then across the way at Framestore, Apple, Maverick Advertising and now at the RS-Components which is one of the world's largest technology B2B company.
I've also been a judge at the first ever London Motor Film Festival.
I work using a combination of creativity and strategy for the company as well as I having a strong a lean towards understanding new interactive technology, how to make it come to life and engage with an audience by utilising the collective data...
I've managed a wide variety of projects. Some small to suit tight budgets but also trusted to handle £1.3+ million campaigns.
I'm now work as the 'Video Marketing Manager / Head of Moving Image' who manages media production for the company across the globe.
In my down time, I still tinker with cameras but enjoy spending time with my family, the dog and trying to watch films. I'm also trying to restore a classic car...

This is not Penfold from Danger Mouse but Darryl.
